Practice Management International (PMI) – the holding company of the world’s largest and fastest-growing community of professional services marketers PM Forum – has acquired Profile Property Marketing Network, the leading networking group for UK property PR, marketing and business development professionals.
PMI organises the Managing Partners’ Forum and the Professional Marketing Forum (PM Forum) which have more than 4,000 members across 40 countries. PM Forum is dedicated to raising the standards of marketing across law, accountancy, property and other professional sectors, and to enhancing the credibility of marketers.
PMI Founder and Chief Executive, Richard Chaplin, commented: “For more than two decades, Profile has been a valued platform for information exchange and networking through an annual programme of seminars and social events. We see tremendous synergies between its membership and our Forums. We already share a number of members. We will retain the Profile brand, web site and core events – and members of Profile and PM Forum will benefit from more integrated services and events for the real estate sector in the future”.
Profile founder Duncan Lamb commented: “We set up Profile in 2002 as a lunch club and over the years it has grown into a valued platform for a wide range of professionals from across the built environment sector. PM Forum is the perfect organisation to take it forward to its next phase of growth”.
A new Steering Committee will be set up to shape the future strategy of Profile. It will include senior figures from across the property sector plus Duncan Lamb and Kim Tasso who is Head of Training and Knowledge Transfer at PMI and a long-time supporter of the Profile Property Network.
